    Defend and promote human rights and the rights of peoples with a comprehensive perspective (including the indivisibility and interdependence of all rights and freedoms) in order to contribute to the fight against impunity and to the construction of a just and equitable society with political, social, cultural and economic inclusion, as well as work toward the respect for and full development of the rights of peoples to sovereignty, self-determination, development, and peace with social justice.
